Step 2. Applying for your Seniors Money Loan

Review and complete your application.

Step 3. Appraisal

An independent appraisal of your home will be arranged to determine its current value.

Step 4. Loan Approval

If you qualify, a loan offer will be made to you.

Step 5. Legal Advice and Documentation

Consult with a lawyer to receive independent legal advice about your decision. You will sign the document with your lawyer who will return it to Seniors Money.

Step 6. Your Money is Available

We will send a cheque to you.
